We followed the correct procedure in order to do this which was to start at the top of the roof and work downwards to allow for a clear run off of water on the roof. This is important because as the water pours off the roof the water and tools being used won’t break the tiles. We gently scraped the moss and plucked it from the roof tiles so as not to damage the roof tiles.
